Danny Gizzi

President & CEO

Daniel Gizzi, an expert in the private aviation field with over 20 years of flying experience and 13 years aircraft sales experience, is the Founder and CEO of Aircraft Executives. Prior to founding Aircraft Executives, Daniel was co-Founder and Vice President of a fractional ownership program of Cirrus aircraft. Daniel has held various positions from sales, CFO, COO, chief pilot to director of flight operations with experience in overseeing a dozen managed aircraft, flight crews and sales transactions ranging from large body jets to single engine piston aircraft. Daniel holds an airline transport pilot license and flight instructor certificate, with flight experience in both fixed-wing and rotorcraft aircraft. Daniel received his bachelor’s degree in aviation business and MBA in Finance from the world leading aviation college Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. Daniel was a founding member of the World Economic Forum's Atlanta Global Shapers Hub and is an official member of the Forbes Business Council.

Steve Climie

Vice President of Sales

Steve Climie serves as Vice President of Sales at Aircraft Executives, where he leverages extensive industry experience to lead aircraft transactions, drive client acquisition, and develop strategic business growth initiatives.

Prior to joining Aircraft Executives, Steve served as Chief Business Development Officer for an aircraft management and charter company. In this role, he oversaw all brokerage activities while playing a key part in expanding the managed aircraft fleet. His responsibilities also extended across flight operations, maintenance coordination, financial oversight, and client relations.

A type-rated pilot on multiple business jets, Steve brings valuable firsthand operational insight to his work. His experience both in the cockpit and in aircraft management enables him to provide clients with informed, practical guidance throughout the acquisition, ownership and sale process.

Steve holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Gettysburg College, where he played golf and hockey for the college's teams. A resident of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, Steve enjoys traveling, outdoor activities, and spending time with his wife and three children.

Kyle Delphon

Sales Director

Based in Kansas, Kyle Delphon brings a "no dead-ends" philosophy to aircraft transactions. Kyle leverages over a decade of diverse aviation experience to help clients navigate the complexities of the turboprop and light jet markets.

Kyle’s career follows a unique path through the industry, beginning in flight operations before transitioning into aviation market research and business development. His background in market data gives him a distinct advantage in analyzing aircraft value and performance from a data-driven perspective. This technical foundation, combined with a reputation for "out-of-the-box" problem-solving, allows Kyle to overcome hurdles that often stall traditional deals.

At Aircraft Executives, Kyle focuses on providing a seamless acquisition and sales experience across a wide range of airframes. He believes that every transaction has a solution, provided you have the persistence and market intelligence to find it.

When he isn’t tracking the latest market shifts, Kyle is a dedicated outdoorsman and family man. He lives in Lawrence, Kansas with his wife and two children.

John Hilmes is the Head of Product for Aircraft Executives. With a career spanning architecture, real estate, product design and private aviation, John brings a wide range of skills to the firm. Wyatt Doby

Sales Analyst

Wyatt Doby is an aviation professional with a B.A. in Aviation Management from Auburn University, where he also pursued a minor in Business. His time at Auburn equipped him with a comprehensive understanding of aviation systems and business principles. After graduating, he gained valuable experience in operations at Aspen/Pitkin County Airport. This role allowed him to effectively manage complex operational challenges, ensure efficient airport functions, and develop strong problem-solving and strategic decision-making abilities. His experience provided him with a solid foundation in aviation management and refined his ability to adapt to various situations and contribute to the overall success of an operation.

Taylor Kuebler

Manager of Sales Support

Taylor Kuebler is an Auburn University graduate with a B.A. in Aviation Management and a minor in Business. She combines a strong academic foundation with hands-on experience in airline and charter operations. Her tenure at Wheels Up provided valuable insights into optimizing service delivery and operational efficiency. Taylor’s extensive travel, including volunteer and study-abroad experiences, has also given her a well-rounded global perspective.

As Manager of Sales Support, Taylor leverages her expertise to streamline transactions and enhance client satisfaction. Recognized for her strategic mindset and commitment to excellence, she effectively aligns sales strategies with operational capabilities to drive sustainable business growth.

Laura Meyer

Operations and Marketing Manager

Laura Meyer serves as the Operations and Marketing Manager at Aircraft Executives, where she oversees aircraft sales transactions from contract through post-closing and drives operational efficiency across departments.

Before joining Aircraft Executives, Laura worked at jetAVIVA as a Transaction Operations Specialist, focusing on contract management, CRM development, and process optimization. She began her aviation career at Embraer Executive Jets, supporting global marketing initiatives and coordinating large-scale industry events.

Throughout her career, Laura has consistently demonstrated a unique ability to connect operations, marketing, and client relations—enhancing both organizational performance and the overall client experience.
